Merchandise Returns & Refunds

We want you, our most valued customer, to have a worry free shopping experience at House of Pets. Your SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any unused products, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund provided that:

1. The item/s is in brand new condition and remains in its original display package.

2. The instruction manual, warranty card, accessories, etc. are enclosed.

3. A copy of your original invoice is enclosed as proof of purchase.

Please send an email to our returns department at houseofpets@sbcglobal.net and explain the reason of your exchange or return. To get a faster responce please provide us with order number an "Return Authorization Code" will be replied. Sorry but we are not responsible for return postage costs. For your protection please save your returned package tracking number. We will only pick-up the shipping costs if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by House of Pets, or the product being returned arrived damaged or defective. NOTE: We only pay for GROUND UPS or 4th Class US Mail Postage on damaged or defective merchandise. Other means of shipment method cannot be refunded. No COD accepted.

Shipping Instructions for Returns

Please be sure that all products being returned is packaged in a box with either foam, bubble wrap, or crumpled paper for protection. We will not be responsible for returned merchandise that arrives damaged due to improper packaging. For your protection, we recommend you to send your return via UPS, or insure the merchandise.

Defective Merchandise Returns

When returning defective merchandise, please make sure to follow the shipping instructions under "Merchandise Returns & Refunds" and please let the Customer Service Representative know that you are returning a damaged or defective merchandise.
